Role Summary/ Purpose
To generate leads and build relationships with Praxis Group's Client; To sell real estate projects to the clients.
- Manage client query on phone and convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting.
- To ensure that the team achieves the agreed targets
- To gather in-depth information about projects being sold
- To develop and maintain relationships with customers
- o ensure a sense of urgency in the team with respect to customers
- Graduate/ Masters with 8 to 12 years of experience in B2C Sales/Direct Sales/Advisory Sales.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent Team Handing and leadership skills
- Strong financial aptitudes
