Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) will be launching six housing scheme and one farm house scheme this year. This is the second times that that the authority has launched such a sequence of housing scheme in a peroid of year.
The authority has officially annouced that the scheme will be offering total of 7,256 plots. The new housing scheme’s largest project will be developed on around 7.86 lakh square metre land and will have 2,885 plots which will be located in Kodar village of Sanganer Tehsil . Avaniya village of the same tehsil will have 2,057 plots of the residential scheme – the second highest largest and will be developed on 6.86 lakh square metre.
The authority has also said that the comimg scheme will also cover 126 plots in Dayalpura village of Sanganer to rehabilitate affected families of the ring road project.
The proposed farm houses will be offering residential plot too and will be constructed in Riyani Tehsil of Amber. The area of the scheme will be developed on nearly 86,300 square metre on which 25% of the portion will be auctioned for farm houses. While the remaining land (23,000 square metre) will be reserved for residential purpose.
The JDA has also launched a scheme providing farm houses along with residential plot. The authority will come up with this scheme in Riyani Tehsil of Amber constituency. The area of the scheme will be developed on nearly 86,300 square metre on which 25% of the portion will be auctioned for farm houses. While the remaining land (23,000 square metre) will be reserved for residential purpose.
The remaining four schemes will be developed in Beed Ramchandrapura at Phagi Tehsil (944 plots), Achanchukya (713 plots), Jaijasrajpura of Sanganer (380 plots) and Bagruwala of Sanganer (151 plots).
