Rajasthan to be Preferred industrial hub in India as Rs 42,216 cr. Investment approved
Rajasthan is on the path of making a hub of domestic and multinational industries. World class companies are now moving to the land of the Land of Maharajas for setting up their industries easily World largest MNC’s investment in Rajasthan leads to numerous jobs creations. In the past 5 years, companies from all around the world has been made a considerable investment in Rajasthan.
In the past investment of Rs. 42,216 crore has been approved under Special Customized Package and investment proposals of Rs. 7.134 crore has been approved through Single Window System.
Some of the top investors in Rajasthan are following domestic and multinational companies: CHAMBER FERTILIZERS – Major fertilizer producer in India looking forward to expand its Kota fertilizer unit. Chambal Fertilizer is now proposing an investment of Rs. 4500 crore and increase its production capacity to 13 Lakh M.T per year.
HONDA CARS– Fortune 500 listed Japanese multinational car manufacturer, Honda invested Rs. 2681 crore for set up its manufacturing unit and now proposing an investment of Rs 2.000 crore and increase its production capacity to 1.20 lakh cars per year.
LAFARGE – A multinational cement manufacturer company from Fance. M/S Lafarge India has invested Rs. 1000 crore to setup a cement plant in Chittorgarh. Now Lafarge proposing an investment of RS. 1,600 crore and increase its production capacity to 2.6 M.T per year.
HONDA Motorcycles and scooter – Largest two wheeler manufacturer. Japanese MNC has been invested Rs. 1.100 crore at Rajasthan plant and now Rs 1,100 crore investment has been proposed to takes up the production capacity to 12 Lacks Two Wheelers per year.
Saint Gobain India – French MNC Fortune 500 listed Saint Gobain has invested Rs 865 crore in setting up unit in Rajasthan and now investing Rs. 1,000 crore to raise capacity to 3 Lakhs tones per year.
HERO Moto Corp – Largest motor cycle manufacturer, Hero is Setting up two wheeler manufacturing unit and global parts centre at Neemrana. Global Innovation Research and Design Centre at Kukas also establishing by Hero After Rs 555 crore investment Rs. 900 crore investment has proposed to increase capacity to 7.5 Lakhs Cycles per year.
JCB – World’s major construction equipment manugacturer, JCB’s fourth state of art production plant is setting up in Jaipur with starting investment of s 155 crore. JCB now proposing an investment of Rs 500 crore to rise in production.
Eicher Polaris – Major automobile company Eicher Motors joint venture with America’s Polaris Industries has invested Rs 24 crore for personal four wheeler vehicle production plant. Now Eicher Polaris proposed to invest Rs. 500 crore more to increase capacity to 60000 per year.
Bosch Limited – World’s major German MNC engineering and auto component manufacturer. Bosch established its fourth palnt in Jaipur in 1999. Now Bosch in increasing its capacity of production to 5.5 lakh pumps per year with an investment of Rs. 225 crore.
Perto – A major Automated Teller Machine (ATM) and Card Dispenser Machine (CDM) manufacturer proposed an investment of Rs 1449 crore.
Apart from these major companies Shree Cement, Regen Powertech, Ramco, Mangalam Cement Ltd. Ri Tritokai, Hitachi Chemical. Cadila Pharmaceuticals, Inox Air Products, Shri Ram , Wonder Cement, Toyata Kirloskar Motor are some other world reknowed companies which established which established their plants in Rajasthan.
